Thermoforming film
Rigid and flexible thermoforming film for every thermoforming machine — bottom and top web for meat, cheese, fish and ready meals. Barrier or mono material, clear or printed.

Thermoforming film in brief
Thermoforming film is drawn into shape with heat on the thermoforming machine and then sealed with a top film. The bottom web provides shape and rigidity; the top web closes the pack gas-tight.
As your partner we supply thermoforming film in barrier versions (with or without EVOH) for modified atmosphere (MAP) and longer shelf life, or as recyclable mono material (mono-PP, mono-PE) with the European PPWR regulation in mind. Available clear or printed, in any width, thickness and forming depth — with local stock and fast delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

Bottom and top web in practice
Thermoforming film consists of a formed bottom web and a sealable top web — together they form the complete, airtight pack.
Thermoforming film
Does your film run on my thermoforming machine?
Yes — our thermoforming films suit all common machines, including Multivac, GEA and Variovac. We match the film exactly to your machine settings.
Should I choose flexible or rigid bottom web?
Flexible bottom web (50–280 µ) is ideal for vacuum packs that mould to the product. Rigid bottom web (150–1200 µ) gives a sturdy, crystal-clear tray shape — perfect for MAP and chiller-cabinet presentation.
Is the film suitable for cook-in or sterilisation?
Yes. Our films are pasteurisable and sterilisable, and there is a special cook-in film with excellent sealing properties for sous-vide and cooking processes.
Can the film be printed?
Certainly. We supply top web clear or printed in multiple colours, fully in your house style.
Is there a recyclable variant?
Yes — we are actively developing mono structures (including rPET and PE-based) with comparable barrier properties. Ask for our sustainability check.
