Thermoforming Film
Thermoforming film is suitable for use on any thermoforming machine (Multivac, GEA, Variovac…). Both rigid and flexible bottom webs are available in various thicknesses. Depending on your product, we provide tailor-made advice.
1. Flexible Thermoforming Film - Bottom Web
These are multi-layer films produced using Blown Extrusion or Cast Extrusion.
This bottom web is FLEXIBLE.

- Good puncture resistance and transparency
- Various compositions available
- Sterilizable and pasteurizable
- SPECIAL COOKING FILM available (very good sealing properties)
- Available in different colors
- PA/PE or PA/EVOH/PE
2. Rigid Thermoforming Film - Bottom Web
This is a rigid bottom web consisting of APET combined with other films. This allows us to offer various structures: APET – RPET – GPET – APET/PE – APET/EVOH/PE.
Key advantages:
- Various thicknesses: 150 my– 1200my
- Highly transparent
- Various compositions available (with or without barrier)
- Excellent formability
- Available in different color
3. Top Web
This is the film applied on top of the bottom web (rigid or flexible). It is also referred to as a top seal film. This film is flexible and can have various structures.
Key advantages:
- Various thicknesses: 30my – 200my
- Various structures possible
- Peel or NON-Peel (or Non-Peelable)
- Anti-FOG (or Anti-Fogging)
- Transparent or printed
- Good sealing and peeling properties
- Pasteurizable, Sterilizable
