2. Cooking Bags and Retort Bags
Our cooking bags represent one of the highest quality vacuum cooking bags currently available on the market. They can withstand temperatures up to 121ºC during pasteurization, sterilization and sous-vide cooking processes. Our Retort bags are suitable for sterilization processes above 121ºC in an autoclave.
